We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented candidate to support our daily transportation and logistics operations. This is a remote/work-from-home position only open to candidates currently residing in Idaho.Role is part-time M-F from 9 am - 2 pm.In this integral role, you will support our operations by:* Accept customer orders and enter shipment data* Scheduling appointments* Updating customers* Tracking pickups & deliveries* Maintaining contact with carriers throughout the shipment, coordinating route changes, road conditions, road closures and driver availability to determine routing changes* Working with customers to modify routes or deliveries* Communicating late pickups and/or deliveries as well as any other load changes* Responding to issues by resolving driver or delivery problems* Supporting other staff as needed
