Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities: Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner; Handles customer's merchandise returns; complete refund / exchange paperwork; Sells appropriate Hunting and Fishing Licenses; Promotes programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up; Identifies and evaluates customers' needs; makes product recommendations based off this analysis
