A tech services company has a Remote opportunity awaiting a new Senior Data Engineer, Data Platform.

About the Opportunity:

• Architecting and designing enterprise-scale data platforms and pipeline solutions using Spark, Azure Databricks, and related technologies
• Building and optimizing data models and dimensional schemas for complex analytics and AI/ML use-cases
• Leading technical design reviews and mentoring junior data engineers
• Establishing data quality, governance, and metadata management frameworks.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• 5+ years of experience in Data engineering or related fields.
• Expert-level SQL and experience with modern Data Warehouses
• Experience designing and maintaining large-scale Data Pipelines using Spark, Airflow, etc.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Scala
• Advanced understanding of Data Modeling and Warehousing concepts
• Experience with Cloud platforms at scale
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills

• Experience architecting data platforms
• Experience with Databricks and Lakehouse Architectures
• Expertise in real-time Data Streaming and Event-driven Architectures
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Metadata Management
• Experience with Regulatory-heavy industries
