Job Details

Performs preventive and daily routine maintenance and repairs to buildings and equipment, in support of engineering team. Responsibilities Assists maintenance engineers in making repairs to specialized equipment and does not make repairs on own unless qualified to do so May perform some carpentry and other related work such as patching and painting May perform minor work on electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and water systems Utilizes operational manuals, manufacturer s specifications and blueprints to complete tasks Completes daily building rounds and completes appropriate documentation Typically reports to a supervisor or manager Performs other related duties as assigned Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function Competent to meet age specific needs of the unit assigned Requirements and Minimum Qualifications High School ...Maintenance Technician, Technician, Maintenance Engineer, Healthcare, Maintenance
