Personal Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Personal Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will assist individuals and families with their insurance needs. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, team-oriented professional with personal insurance experience or a strong willingness and aptitude to learn.

How you will contribute:

• Provide proactive and responsive service to clients.
• Initiate consultative sales contact with current and prospective clients.
• Recommend appropriate insurance coverages and limits to protect clients.
• Complete all tasks and transactions in a timely manner, adhering to agency and insurance company deadlines.

What we need from you:

• Personal Insurance experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license within six months if not already licensed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar software.
• Experience with agency management systems is a plus.
