The company is headquartered in New York City, New York, and Houston, Texas./ph3About the Role:/h3pThe team is looking for a Residential Real Estate Analyst to join a team of sell-side analysts in the single-family residential real estate space. The team aims to provide hands-on support to our investor clients to dramatically improve their capability and scale in property discovery, dispositions, underwriting, comping, and decision making using Enteras state of the art technology. The team is responsible for profiling and refining investment goals as well as evaluating acquisition and selling opportunities of targeted single-family residential properties on behalf of our investor clients./ph3What Youll Do:/h3ulliDevelop an expertise in the various strategies under single family residential investing and the value chain./liliDevelop a deep understanding of client requirements and integrate them into real estate discovery and evaluation models./liliPrepare and package data for client reports./liliCreate and prepare documents to push projects through to completion./liliAnalyze real estate, understand overall valuations, perform research using internal and external tools to align client goals with market opportunities./liliAssist other analysts in the creation, refinement and continuous training of underwriting/property discovery models using Enteras tool sets on behalf of clients./liliUnderwrite disposition opportunities accurately using market comparables to determine an accurate valuation and list price for a single family asset(s)./liliUnderwrite and provide initial valuations to assist in the sales process for the potential disposition of portfolios from Entera clients./liliUnderwrite and locate investment opportunities to prepare and communicate initial bid price for a single family asset to Entera clients./liliConsolidate, cleanse and transform data for automated property underwriting within Enteras property data system./liliPrepare reports and daily summaries regarding client goals./liliMonitor real estate trends and prepare market analysis (both internal and external)./li/ulh3Who You Are:/h3ulliStrong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with internal and external professionals./liliExtremely detail-oriented and organized with a proven ability to work well in a high-intensity environment to complete tasks quickly and effectively./liliResourceful and able to function in a start-up like environment./liliAbility to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers./liliProficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint./li/ulpEntera is proud to be an equal opportunity employer (EEO) that celebrates difference and diversity.
