JOB TITLE: Product Manager 2
LOCATION: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
PAY RANGE: $70 - $80/hr.
DURATION: 10 months

TOP 3 SKILLS:

• 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Management role with strong exposure to data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive techniques.
• Proficiency in software development processes, Agile/Scrum methodology, and experience collaborating with engineering and product teams in an Agile environment.
• bility to define business problems, develop and analyze mathematical/statistical models, and translate technical findings into actionable insights for product and feature design.

Duties:

• Work as part of a dedicated team following the agile scrum model.
• Define key business problems to be solved, formulate mathematical approaches, gather data to solve those problems, develop, analyze/draw conclusions, and present.
• Create statistical and predictive models, use clustering and classification techniques and algorithms.
• Participate in product and feature design with developers.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand the requirements and communicate them to the team so that they can be used for better test planning and execution.
• Well-versed in emerging industry technologies and trends.

Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst/Product management role.
• keen desire to solve business problems, and to find patterns and propose solutions that challenge and expand the thinking of everyone around them.
• Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment is strongly desired.
• This person must be comfortable driving projects, presenting to IT leaders, defining business value and metrics, prioritizing competing priorities, and working in a matrix.
• Must be a self-starter that is passionate and curious.
• Excellent communication skills required.

• 3 - 6 Years of Experience
