We are looking for a Lawson Support Consultant to join a local children's hospital during a major LawsontoWorkday migration. This consultant will work closely with the leader of Supply Chain Informatics to support Lawson Version 10 functions, troubleshoot supply chain data issues, and ensure system readiness. The role requires someone highly selfmotivated who can step in with minimal training and quickly contribute. Key responsibilities include analyzing supply chain data, resolving positive/negative match discrepancies, and supporting LUM and unitofmeasure alignment activities. A primary goal within the first two months is helping the remaining hospital locations successfully go live with LUM. The consultant will also assist in evaluating supply chain processes to prepare for the transition to Workday. Ideal candidates will bring strong healthcare supply chain experience, Lawson expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong data analysis background within healthcare supply chain operations
• Handson experience with Lawson including functional support and troubleshooting
• Comprehensive endtoend supply chain process knowledge within a healthcare environment
• Proficient in building, running, and interpreting Lawson queries
• Experience supporting or participating in ERP implementations or migrations
• Previous supply chain experience in a hospital setting
• Skilled in analyzing complex datasets to identify positive/negative match variances, interpret results, and recommend corrective actions
• Experience with LUM and LUM activation, including unitofmeasure alignment and ensuring accurate ordering, receiving, and ASN processing
• Strong experience with Excel, including advanced data manipulation and reporting
• Experience working on highrisk or highvisibility projects

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Workday supply chain functionality
• Experience supporting a LawsontoWorkday transition or migration
• Experience with Lawson Version 10 (onpremise)
