Description:

• Looking for Cortex XSOAR Application Support Engineer.
• Experience Previous experience in a customerfacing technical support role such as Senior Support Engineer or Escalations Engineer

• Proficiency in Linux
• strong scripting skills
• JavaScript

• Ansible
• knowledge of security technologies: firewalls, endpoint prevention, SIEM
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively
