Compensation
Pay Range:$34.30-$49.00/Hrs

Description
Engage in full-cycle recruiting including interviews and reference checks.
Conduct orientations for new employees.
Handle exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
Utilize standard concepts and practices within the field.
Exercise creativity and latitude in planning and accomplishing goals.
Work under general supervision.
Report to a supervisor or manager.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit and interview potential candidates.
Check references and extend job offers.
Conduct employee orientations.
Perform exit interviews and update employee status.
Plan and accomplish goals with limited oversight.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2-4 years of experience in recruiting or a related area.
Familiarity with standard recruiting practices and procedures.
