A few notes about this role:
mid-sr level -- a doer, so not too high-level
MUST have a good amount of pharma in marketing/research
web trends/web landscape best practices (not social or digital advertising)
competitive research/intelligence - 2ndary research of other pharma cos and industries that may apply
some data analysis -- Google Analytics to present data to back up the research
presentation/reporting skills
client prefers less agency experience and more in-house (or a mix)
Pharma industry experience (NOTE: THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE) --Digital/Web Strategy/Competitive Intelligence experience (MUST HAVE) --Specific in-house pharma experience as opposed to agency --Experience with data sets, especially competitive intelligence and/or external trends --Understanding of web analytics, Google Analytics --Independent worker and strong collaborator
-Experience with competitive analysis tools --Excellent communicator
Specific responsibilities include:
Competitive web landscape insights gathering and analysis - secondary research
Gathering, cataloging and analyzing global and country web-related market research
Regulatory insights gathering, including cataloging of country-level restrictions for web
Gathering output from CX work as input into commercial web strategy
Proposal for gathering additional HCP and HCC/patient insights for web
Additional support for web team, as needed
