Are you a seasoned recruitment professional who thrives on independence and high-stakes talent acquisition? Randstad is supporting a large financial firm who is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to take full ownership of our professional portfolio. In this role, you won't just fill seats; you'll act as a strategic advisor, providing specialized guidance to business leaders and navigating the complexities of the banking and FCRM landscape.

salary: $31.18 - $33.27 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a professional portfolio, from initial intake to offer, with minimal management direction.
• Leverage 3+ years of corporate recruitment and interviewing experience to provide specialized guidance to business leaders.
• Utilize direct sourcing techniques to identify high-quality talent, with a preferred focus on filling specialized KYC (Know Your Customer) and FCRM (Financial Crimes Risk Management) roles.
• Apply professional-level knowledge of the functional area to resolve complex, non-routine hiring issues. Banking industry experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite and leverage Workday (1+ year) to maintain data integrity and streamline the hiring process.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing training on best practices and guiding junior team members in business-as-usual functions.
• Exercise proficient written and oral communication skills to manage escalated matters and influence short-to-medium-term hiring strategies.
