Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Operate various vehicles and equipment safely for pesticide and lawn care applications, including trucks and sprayers.
Accurately apply pesticides according to guidelines and within regulatory standards set by federal, state, and local agencies.
Prepare and mix chemical agents, ensuring proper safety precautions and clean-up post-application.
Adhere to all safety instructions for using and mixing chemical agents.
Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize diverse information.
Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Capability to gather and analyze information skillfully, and engage in group problem-solving.
Dependable and responsible, able to commit to flexible hours as needed.
Education & Experience:
Minimum of one year of experience with horticultural spraying on commercial or residential properties.
Proven knowledge of horticultural chemicals and spraying techniques.
Basic understanding of industry dynamics and contacts within the landscaping field.
Familiarity with national or state spraying regulations is essential.
A valid Weed & Right of Way License and/or Ornamental & Turf License is required.
Pre-Screen:
Applicants may undergo a pre-employment drug screening, background check, and/or motor vehicle record check.
Licenses & Certifications:
A driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.

FREQUENT (up to 66%): Standing, Walking, Body Twisting, Manual Dexterity, Speaking Clearly, Lifting Over 10lbs. to 50 lbs., Hearing - Speech Range, Lifting, Carrying, Pulling, Balancing, Lifting Up to 10 lbs.
CONTINUOUS (up to 100%): Sense of Touch, Seeing Distant, Climbing, Gripping, Seeing, Reaching, Range of Motion, Depth Perception
