Description:

Position Purpose: Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and federal and state government reporting and regulations. Maintain government relations for compliance activities.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of compliance or regulatory experience. Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of business operations related to managed care preferred.
• Ensure compliance with contract provisions with various agencies and applicable State and Federal laws
• Serve as compliance resource for day-to-day processes
• Analyze and determine the best course of action for each inquiry/problem
• Act as primary contact for initiating and coordinating compliance projects
• Develop and update plan policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements
• Conduct periodic assessments and audits to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements and timeliness of submission
• Oversee the day-to-day health plan policies and procedures to ensure federal and state regulatory compliance

  • Digital Content Management Team - team facilitates Regulatory approval for DXE materials in addition to public site management and distribution of Medicare bulk SMS and email campaigns
  • There are currently 11 people on the Digital Content Management team. Team is part of the Design team within DXE. Team is fully remote and all work well together and share mutual respect for one another. Key projects include public site content management, distribution of Medicare SMS and email campaigns, and Regulatory approvals.
  • Not at this time. We may open an additional similar role next year depending on our needs
Typical Day in the Role
  • Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities and a description of the project (Outside of the Workday JD).

  • What makes this role unique?
  • The person in this role will serve as a liaison with Medicare and Medicaid Regulatory teams. They will facilitate the submission of DXE digital experiences (ranging from Public site to Secure Portal and Mobile App content) to Medicare and Medicaid Regulatory teams for Regulatory approval. They will need to monitor the status of submissions and collaborate cross-functionally with Program and Project Manager's to address Regulatory feedback. They will need to hold expertise on Regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Timeliness and accuracy of submissions, documentation quality, collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • This is a newer role on the team and opportunity to contribute to building new processes and procedures. Digital Content Management team is newly established as a resource for facilitating Regulatory approvals within DXE.
