Overview
Our client is expanding its engineering and manufacturing operations and is seeking a support analyst to manage and troubleshoot Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Vault. This role is heavily ticketing and supportfocused, with most incoming requests tied directly to these two tools. The selected candidate will serve as a key support resource for engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring smooth modeling workflows, proper Vault file management, and quick resolution of issues that impact product development.
What You'll Do
- Provide daytoday support for Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Vault
- Resolve tickets related to modeling issues, file management, Vault checkin/checkout, and user access
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate when necessary
- Assist engineers and designers with workflow guidance and best practices
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and internal support notes
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to understand tooling, processes, and support needs
- Participate in system cleanup efforts, configuration adjustments, and minor enhancements
What We're Looking For - Handson experience with Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Vault
- Exposure to engineering or manufacturing environments
- Background in a ticketing or technical support role (help desk, system support, engineering support, etc.)
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong communication skills and a customerfocused mindset
- Detailoriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
