Essential Functions:

• Perform grounds maintenance tasks in parking lots and surrounding areas to uphold high cleanliness standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Adhere to strict safety and security guidelines, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local, state, and federal regulations.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping
• DOT Physical required
• Experience in operating heavy equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
