This position will be responsible for the sale of truck parts and accessories by researching customer requirements, controlling parts inventory, processing invoices and payment, and managing return cores and warranty parts. Respond to sales calls and customer counter visits thoroughly and professionally. Utilize computer business systems and electronic catalogues to research parts information. Provide customer pricing and availability (in-stock or emergency order). Process parts invoices and obtain payment.
