We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Senior to join our client in Chandler, Arizona. This individual will be responsible for preparing complex tax returns and providing proactive tax planning and advisory services. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment and is eager to grow within the firm.
This is a hybrid role with a base salary up to $105K

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Perform technical tax research and document findings.
• Manage and prioritize multiple client engagements and deliver high-quality service in a timely manner.
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff and interns.
• Identify and communicate tax planning opportunities to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and responsiveness.
• Assist with IRS and state tax audits and correspondence.
• Stay up to date with changes in tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Use tax software and technology tools effectively to improve efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required;
• Master's in Taxation or CPA license preferred.
• 3+ years of recent tax experience in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state tax laws.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
