Title: IT Project/Program Manager, Patient Platform

Compensation:
Pay Range: $61.25-$87.50 Per HR

Job Summary:
• This remote contract role involves leading IT and operational workstreams for a healthcare platform transition.
• The manager will oversee multiple project tracks, coordinate with various partners, and ensure seamless data integration and operational readiness.
• Strong project management skills and experience with generic technology platforms are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the program for a complex patient services transition from discovery through go-live.
• Manage multiple project tracks including case intake, benefits verification, and pharmacy coordination.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to ensure data flow and operational readiness.
• Oversee integrations, platform configuration, and data migration activities.
• Handle risk management, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing complex IT projects with strong leadership skills.
• Direct experience in patient services IT program management for product launches.
• Experience managing multiple IT workstreams including platform build and data migration.
• Strong understanding of patient services operational workflows.
• Deep knowledge in the biotech/pharmaceuticals industry.
