Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, The Bar Method, Basecamp Fitness, and Stronger U is seeking a Operations Services Program Coordinator to join its team. The Operations Services Program Coordinator plays a critical role in deploying new programs within the Orangetheory Fitness network, supporting global scale as a subject matter expert (SME). This multifaceted position involves collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program implementations. Primarily responsible for supporting studio program deployments. This position also works cross-functionally to support additional functions as business needs dictate.

Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)

• Facilitates the deployment of new products, non-proprietary internal/network platforms, and programs; working closely with teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability
• Facilitates and delivers comprehensive training materials. These artifacts empower teams to effectively adopt and utilize new programs.
• Engages with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes
• Manages end-to-end project deployments from ideation to near-complete penetration (~95%)
• Develops robust reporting mechanisms to ensure timely integrations, monitors progress, and identifies areas for improvement
• Craft communication plans through written documents, PowerPoint presentations, or webinars, to ensure clear messaging
• Directly support deployments for specific projects; collaborating across business units to achieve successful outcomes

Required Strengths and Background

• Associate's degree OR equivalent work experience in an operations support role; Bachelor's degree (preferred). Relevant fields include business administration, project management, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Must have a basic understanding of project management principles
• Experience with additional SaaS platforms such as MBO, Confluence, JotForm or SharePoint (preferred)
• Orangetheory Fitness studio experience a plus
• Attention to detail with the ability to meticulously manage program records, documentation, and results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
• Ability to create compelling written content necessary for crafting communication plans and outreach materials

WORK SCHEDULE
Purpose Brands LLC, currently observe the following hybrid work model for employees at our Boca Raton (FL), Woodbury (MN), and Seattle (WA) offices:

• Remote optional: Wednesdays and Fridays
• On-site days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
