Job Description:
We are looking for an accomplished operations professional to join our dynamic team in New York, NY.
This full-time position involves overseeing a comprehensive operations platform, coordinating activities across various business lines.
The role requires expertise in risk management and process automation, utilizing generic technology tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain an operations dashboard to report key risk indicators across all teams.
Prepare monthly management reports on operations controls, initiatives, procedures, audit findings, and operational incidents.
Coordinate with internal functions on the implementation of initiatives impacting operations.
Propose solutions for dashboard automation by collaborating with IT teams for requirement definition, testing, and implementation.
Facilitate annual risk control assessments with operations teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
10 years of experience in operations control, risk management, or audit.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
