Job Description:
Join our team in Pikesville, MD as a full-time leader overseeing a dynamic accounting team.
You will manage financial reporting, operational accounting functions, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
This role requires proficiency in general accounting software and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and review of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Manage the financial close cycle and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
Coordinate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
Oversee outsourced accounting services for clients, including financial statement preparation and budgeting.
Enhance accounting processes and collaborate on strategic financial initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
4-6 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2-5 years in public accounting.
Proven track record of managing financial closes and supporting audits.
Advanced proficiency in accounting standards and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
