Perform pre-sales engineering; assessing customer needs to determine the best fit of services to provide and their value to the customer
Coordinate and drive customer onboarding; both through delegation and follow up, and through performing onboarding tasks
Create and maintain customer roadmap documentation that includes compliance with Intermax MSP best practices and customer technology needs, as well as establishing a timeline of major improvements for the customer environment
MSP Subject Matter Expert (40%)
Respond to customer issue escalations, providing guidance and direction to staff for resolution or working directly with the customer to resolve the issue
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop innovative solutions that meet those needs while adhering to industry best practices
Design, deploy, administer, monitor, and enhance foundational Enterprise systems, including technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD (incl. Azure AD Connect), Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file & print services, Microsoft 365
Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain a high level of user satisfaction
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented systems, including architectural diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency, security, and reliability of employee-facing systems
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Scope and deliver client and internal projects and initiatives
Timely execution of project tasks, activities, and status reporting
Perform and delegate responsibilities to design, implement, and maintain client and internal projects

Requirements
Must have 5+ years of relevant experience in System Engineering
Previous MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience a strong plus
Windows Server and Microsoft 365 Administration (Mandatory)
