Please review the following job description:
Perform administrative duties in support of the Producer Recruitment function, ensuring a white glove pre-offer coordination and onboarding experience for CRC Group producer candidates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilizes the Applicant Tracking System to facilitate full cycle candidate onboarding
Facilitates and drafts complex pre-employment documentation, to include offer letters and appropriate employment contract(s), ensuring accuracy and compliance with all internal policies and individual state/jurisdictional laws
Partners with internal legal and equity teams to facilitate and deliver contract drafts (i.e. Employment Agreements, Grant Agreements, etc.) for candidate/external legal review in advance of hire
Ensures appropriate Non-Disclosure Agreement(s) are delivered, executed, and filed in advance of draft document review
Collects, stores, and maintains recruitment-related documentation
Collects, tracks, and provides reporting on hiring details and metrics; to include detailed onboarding status report and pipeline maintenance.
Partners with the internal legal team to ensure hiring procedures comply with company policies and legal requirements
Assists with identifying process issues and risks and provides solution recommendations
Participates in and provides analytical support in design, development, and the execution of recruitment projects and programs
Maintains familiarity with the pre-employment process, including background check and I9 facilitation and reporting
Provides a best-in-class candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experience throughout the entire recruitment process
Facilitates and prioritizes timely follow-ups, follow-through, and thoroughness in communications
Communicates professionally and effectively with candidates, hiring managers, senior leaders, and talent acquisition stakeholders throughout the pre-employment process
Adapts to changing circumstances and contributes positively to team dynamics
Provides cross-functional support as required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education: Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education
General Experience: Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (7 to 12 months)
Managerial Experience: Very limited (0 to 3 months)
