Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our client's team in Flagstaff, AZ. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI scans while ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will work closely with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver precise diagnostic imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI procedures as ordered by physicians, ensuring images are of the highest quality for accurate diagnoses.
• Assist patients in preparing for MRI exams, explaining the procedure and addressing any concerns.
• Monitor patients during MRI scans to ensure safety and comfort.
• Operate MRI equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of MRI exams.
• Adhere to all safety standards, infection control procedures, and radiation safety protocols.
• Ensure proper positioning of patients for optimal image capture.
• Work closely with radiologists and medical staff to discuss imaging results as needed.
• Provide excellent patient care, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
• Certification in MRI through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-MRI) is required.
• State licensure in Arizona as a Radiologic Technologist is required.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Experience in MRI procedures and imaging preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and equipment operation.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
