Overview:
We are seeking a skilled new client Intake *Attorney* to join our law firm. This remote role focuses on speaking to new clients affected by deceptive, abusive, or unfair business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle intake welcome calls for firms new clients in cases involving fraud, false advertising, deceptive trade practices, and violations of federal and state consumer protection laws.
* Understanding of or willingness to learn general businesses practice, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Truth In Lending laws, UCC-1 filings, and lien avoidance, encompassing knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code.
* Advise law firms clients about law firms services and their legal rights and remedies under consumer protection statutes.
* Facilitate the signing of attorney client service agreements. (NO Selling involved)
* Maintain detailed records utilizing Law firms CRM including regular case updates.
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
* Licensed to practice law in any state.
* Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. xmcpwfu

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (DOE)
Work Location: Remote – Las Vegas, Nevada.
