About the Role

The Company invites applications for the position of Chief Officer for Academic and Student Services. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the leading authority overseeing instructional and student services, focusing on the enhancement and management of all academic support, workforce training, and essential student service programs. Key responsibilities include:

1. Directing financial aid, enrollment services, health and counseling services, and various student development programs.
2. Ensuring compliance with accrediting and licensing agencies' requirements.
3. Creating and managing the annual operational and budget plans for your division.
4. Driving a vision of inclusivity and diversity in the learning environment.

To qualify, you should hold a Master's degree in a relevant field (Doctorate preferred) and possess at least 8 years of full-time administrative experience in higher education. We seek a leader with a strong background in student services and academic functions who can motivate and guide a large team. Exceptional communication skills and a history of fostering continuous improvement and innovation in response to community needs are essential for success in this role.
