Pay Rate: $57.50 - $61.28/HR, Paid Weekly

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer with strong development and communication skills to design, deploy, and enhance world-class, customer-facing AI Agents. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-impact Conversational AI solutions, improve core services, and ensure seamless integrations across systems.

What You'll Do:

• Partner directly with customers to architect, deploy, and continuously improve advanced AI Agents.
• Build and maintain tools to tune LLM-based features and deploy agents, including MCP and RAG, in production environments.
• Take end-to-end ownership of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, project teams, and customers to ensure solutions exceed expectations.
• Serve as an integrated member of a fully remote, cross-functional Agile team within the Transformation organization.
• Own the design, specification, and integration of Conversational AI solutions.
• Utilize internal tools and processes to create, deploy, and manage AI Agents.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support production systems.
• Minimal travel may be required.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field (e.g., math, physics, engineering), with strong computer science fundamentals.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on development experience using TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
• Proven experience deploying generative AI and agentic AI applications in production.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in small, fast-moving product teams.
• A high sense of ownership and customer empathy, with experience working closely with both internal teams and external customers.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging directly with customers.
• Interest in the nuance and design of conversational experiences.
• Curiosity, proactiveness, and a strong desire to learn.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure.
