Family Lawyer - New Jersey Our growing law firm is looking to hire a family attorney who is fiercely passionate about representing clients facing one of the most challenging times in their lives. Candidates should be adept at managing the full cycle divorce process, including alimony, child support/child custody, and real estate. Experience in handling legal issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence is also a must. If you have a proven record of success both in and out of court, apply now! We offer the flexibility to work remotely or in our office, unless a Judge requires an in-person appearance. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in family law court proceedings, as needed • Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs, analyzing the situatio,n then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action • Divide marital assets, including real estate, when necessary during divorce proceedings • Work closely with paralegals and legal assistants to support clients through their legal process Qualifications: • Great negotiation and communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations • Ability to successfully represent both plaintiff and defendant sides of a case • Bachelor's degree with a legal background and a J.D. degree are required • Licensed to practice law in New Jersey Compensation: $150,000-200,000 + Incentive Compensation - flexible
