Job Title: PSM - Professional Land Surveyor
Type: Direct Hire
Work Location: Hybrid Position in West Jacksonville, FL

Job Overview:
This role serves as the firm's licensed authority for land surveying services, exercising responsible charge in accordance with Chapter 472, Florida Statutes. The position is technical and compliance-focused, not an ownership, partnership, or firm-wide operations role.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible charge for licensed land surveying work
• Review and approval of boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, legal descriptions, and boundary-related topography
• Sign and seal applicable deliverables
• Boundary judgment and QA/QC authority
• Technical mentorship of survey staff
• Compliance with Florida statutes and professional standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Active Florida PLS license in good standing
• 5-20+ years of professional experience
• Strong boundary and ALTA/NSPS background
• Demonstrated professional judgment and ethical standards
• Calm, collaborative communication style
• Comfortable operating within defined authority and structure
• Retired or semi-retired PLSs open to a stable role are welcome

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 per year. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
