About AT&C Revenue Services

We are a remote-first team committed to exceptional service, rapid responsiveness, and delivering a true Gold Standard client and employee experience. Our culture is grounded in integrity, dignity, excellence, and client-centricity.

Position Overview

The Data Integration & Automation Specialist is a highly technical, data-driven role focused on MS Access development (or similar), lightweight application design, automation, and advanced data analysis across multiple internal and third-party systems.

This role is not a traditional help desk position. While it includes coordination of system access and technical enablement, the primary purpose of this role is to design, integrate, and optimize data workflows that support operational reporting, leadership visibility, and scalable growth.

The Specialist will build and maintain MS Access databases and tools (or similar), develop ETL workflows, and analyze and integrate data from a wide range of third-party applications including practice management systems, clearinghouses, billing platforms, payer portals, and other external data sources. You will transform fragmented, raw data into structured, reliable datasets and reporting outputs that drive informed decision-making.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, comfort working with imperfect data, and the ability to connect disparate systems through structured extraction, transformation, and automation. Success in this position comes from improving data accuracy, reducing manual effort, and creating repeatable, scalable solutions that enhance both operational efficiency and the employee experience.

  • Build tools and datasets that support reporting, dashboards, and operational insights.
  • 4. Automation & Process Engineering

  • Design and document improved processes that support scalability as AT&C continues to grow.
