Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join a mission-driven organization with a team-based culture. In this role, you'll work with a cross-functional team to create seamless user experiences. This is a remote opportunity but will require travel to the West Coast quarterly. Core duties and responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with developers, products owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
- Identify, document, and track work items, ensuring thorough test coverage.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
- Prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities within Agile environment.
- Conduct functional and regression testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and document user-reported issues, providing clear reproduction steps.
- Assist in writing help documentation and release notes.
- 2+ years of experience in application QA with keen eye for detail.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience writing technical QA documentation, help docs, and release notes.
- Hands-on experience with white box and black box testing.
- Solid SQL knowledge and ability to troubleshoot database-related issues.
- Experience working with Agile / Scrum teams and backlog management.
