About the Role:
You will build and lead a lean, high-performing sales organization selling R-Ads to agencies, brands, and reseller partners. This is a player-coach role: you will carry an individual revenue quota while also leading team performance, operating cadence, and forecast rigor. You are accountable for driving the R-Ads media revenue engine-pipeline quality, accurate forecasting, and consistent execution to plan.
