Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Developer with expertise in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resiliency Management (ORM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in BCM and GRC suite integrations, and will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a focus on vendor impact assessments and crisis management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement BCM and ORM functionalities on the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct vendor impact assessments and integrate findings into the company's operational resiliency strategy.
• Collaborate with the team to write and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for BCM and ORM processes.
• Set up and manage sandbox environments for testing and experimentation.
• Work closely with platform management to promote and deploy code.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on BCM and ORM best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform, particularly in BCM and GRC suite integrations.
• Strong understanding of business continuity management, operational resiliency, and third-party risk management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with crisis event management and exercise management modules in BCM.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow CMDB and its integration with BCM processes.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
