Insight Global is currently looking for a remote Senior AI Engineer to sit in Brazil. This person will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable agentic and generative AI automation across voice, chat, and backoffice workflows using CCaaS platforms, LLM frameworks, and enterprise integrations to deliver efficient, productionready customer experience solutions. The ideal candidate for this position will be okay with working EST hours, and the pay rate for this position will range from $30-40/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4-6+ years of handson engineering experience with Python or Node.js, including building agentic or multiagent AI systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI.
- 3+ years working with Generative AI/LLM technologies, including prompt engineering, tool/function calling, RAG pipelines, and agent memory/state management.
- 3+ years of experience in contactcenter (CX/CCaaS) environments with required exposure to Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Amazon Connect, or similar platforms.
- 2-4+ years delivering AIdriven automation for voice, chat, and backoffice workflows, integrating with CRMs, ticketing systems, workflow engines, or RPA tools.
- 3+ years using conversational AI platforms such as Yellow.ai, Parloa, Kore.ai, or Microsoft Copilot Studio, including API integrations and enterprisescale deployments.
- Proficiency in english
- Ability to comfortably work EST hours
