- Shift/Weekly Hours : Default Working Shift - (08:00:AM - 05:00:PM
- Weekly Hours : 40 hrs.
- Duration : 13 Weeks with extension
- Requires a current California RN license
- Agile Experience - 2 Years minimum
- Hospice case management - 3 years minimum
- Medical Record Review
- Excel and Aduit
- Proficient knowledge of NCQA, DHCS and DMHC requirements
