Note: This position requires employees to be on job sites four to five days across New England and New York. Some travel with overnight stays is required (hotel and daily cash stipend provided, some travel time also paid for).

Note: You must have 5+ years of ceramic tile experience, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, be authorized to work in the United States (able to provide documents to satisfy the I-9 employment eligibility form) and your own tools.

Job Description

• Layout, install and grout ceramic tile based on plans and specs. This includes ceramic floor and wall tile, quarry tile (including pitched mudbeds), large format tile
• Ensure proper preparation of subfloor and check walls before installation
• Travel to job sites across MA, NY, and surrounding states
• Work day and/or night shifts depending on project needs
• Use and maintain your own tools on site (trowels, floats, laser, slide cutters / wetsaws etc.)
• Adhere to safety standards and site protocols

• 5+ years of ceramic tile installation experience
• Must have experience in demolishing, prepping and installing ceramic tile
• Ability to set and hold a layout (must be able to read drawings)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Company vehicles provided if available
• Must have your own tools
• Willing to travel and work overnight (hotel and daily stipend provided)
• Comfortable working night shifts (1.25x multiplier)
• Familiar with installing waterproofing / crack isolation membranes
• Familiar with installing standard and epoxy grout
