What You'll Do:

• Manage complex litigation matters from pre-suit through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and expert-related documentation
• Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Collaborate with partners on trial strategy and preparation
• Oversee public and private works litigation involving change orders, delays, and lien issues

What We're Looking For:

• California-licensed attorney in good standing
• 2-5 years of litigation experience (construction law preferred but not required)
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Prior exposure to construction litigation, engineering background, or experience with competitors is a plus

What You'll Receive:

• Base salary: $185,000 - $205,000 DOE
• Annual discretionary bonus plus billable hour bonus
• Unlimited PTO and 9 paid holidays
