Commercial Real Estate Attorney, Long Island, NY OR NYC

Our client is a mid-sized well-renowned law firm headquarter on Long Island with offices across the tri-state and Florida. They are currently seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with experience in commercial lease transactions for both landlords and tenants for their Long Island office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Diligently and efficiently drafting sophisticated leases in a fast-paced environment
  • Providing legal support to the team for all lease/leasing related matters including lease modifications and amendments
  • Assist with the preparation and negotiation of commercial lease agreements, amendments, subleases and assignments
Qualifications:
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Be in good standing as an active member of the New York Bar
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial lease transactions for both landlords and tenants including retail, industrial, and office properties of all sizes.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment


Hybrid Hours
Minimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotely
