A well-established, high-performing defense firm specializing in insurance defense, habitability, personal injury defense, and premises liability is seeking two Litigation Attorneys to join their San Francisco team! This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least 2 days per week to align with Partner schedules, and candidates must be local for court appearances.

Pay Range: $130,000 - $200,000+ DOE

Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

• Handle caseload while supporting Partners, with dedicated legal assistant/paralegal support
• Represent large companies in defense matters including habitability (not wrongful eviction), personal injury defense, premises liability, and product liability
• Conduct full-cycle case management from initiation through resolution
• Make regular court appearances for motions, hearings, and other proceedings
• Maintain strong client relationships through timely updates and direct interaction
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the team's case strategy and firm growth

Requirements for Candidate Profile One:

• JD from an accredited law school
• 4-5 years of experience in litigation, with defense experience highly preferred but open to experience with Personal Injury, Premises Liability, or Habitability cases
• Active California Bar membership with experience working as an attorney in CA
• Proven track record of stability in previous positions
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a confident approach

Requirements for Candidate Profile Two:

• JD from an accredited law school, with defense experience strongly preferred
• 3-7 years of litigation experience, particularly in areas such as insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, or habitability cases
• Active California Bar membership, with experience working as an attorney in CA
• Proven track record of stability in previous positions
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a confident approach
