Work Location: Remote, This position does not require employees to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee's role enables them to work off-site on a permanent basis. This position requires an employee to cover territory visits to dealerships on a recurring frequency. Relocation may be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
The Field Sales Manager will have territorial responsibility for the administration and execution of Energy programs: Home Referral Dealers and Home Authorized Dealers, and for the sales performance of our EV chargers, accessories, and Home V2H, V2G and V2X products within the Dealers network. This role will produce results that don't need explaining via a highly trained and engaged Dealer sales network in a customer-focused manner.
They will act as consultants and trusted advisors to the dealers and work collaboratively with them to develop and implement their business plans. They may be involved in various initiatives including developing and implementing marketing initiatives, customer retention, product displays, financial analysis, and training. Additionally, the role will be instrumental in collecting and providing constructive feedback to the central office team and play a critical role in shaping programs, processes, and initiatives.
This position reports to the Manager - Home Dealer Sales.
