What You Can Expect
Sales Associate Director is responsible to achieve top and bottom-line results in his respective region and ensure the implementation of the commercial strategy across ZB portfolio. In addition, he is responsible for leading indirect sales team, maximizing their skills to achieve targets and increase market share in accordance with Zimmer Biomet strategy and objectives.
How You'll Create Impact
As Regional Commercial Leader, you will be the strategic force behind our commercial success across the CEE region. You will lead with vision, drive execution with precision, and build sustainable growth through cross-functional collaboration and customer-centric leadership.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Designing and executing commercial strategies tailored to regional dynamics and product portfolios.
Leading and developing high-performing indirect sales and business development teams to exceed financial targets.
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Managing full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.
Driving strategic account management for platinum and gold-tier customers with clear conversion roadmaps.
Implementing HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent aligned with corporate goals.
Conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Collaborating with marketing, finance, and customer service to accelerate revenue recognition and optimize ROI.
Overseeing inventory and pricing strategies to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

Your Background
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Science (medical or life sciences preferred)
Professional Experience:
5–8 years of experience in sales of reconstructive surgery products, including leadership of sales teams
Expertise:
Deep clinical and commercial knowledge of orthopedic solutions
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and corporate operations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proven ability to analyze data, present insights, and drive strategic decisions
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Languages:
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Travel Expectations
This role requires a high level of regional engagement. You should expect to travel approximately 50–60% of your time across the CEE region to build relationships, support teams, and drive business outcomes on the ground.
