What You'll Do

• Handle a mix of professional liability, medical malpractice, and administrative licensing matters
• Draft and argue dispositive and substantive motions
• Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
• Analyze medical records and develop key facts for litigation
• Conduct fact investigations into pre-litigation incidents
• Build case strategies and collaborate closely with partners and clients
• Maintain an organized caseload in a supportive, team-focused environment

Qualifications

• Litigation experience, ideally with exposure to professional liability, healthcare, or medical malpractice
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
• Comfortable handling depositions with autonomy
• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat

Compensation

• $120,000 to $170,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Productivity-based bonus program
