Job Title: Associate Attorney - Corporate & Tax
Location: Remote
Base Salary: $115,000 to $135,000 per year
Total Compensation Potential: $145,000 to $185,000+ per year

What You'll Do

• Draft entity formation documents, operating agreements, and corporate governance materials
• Support M&A deals and transactional planning
• Conduct tax research and guide clients on compliance matters
• Interface with clients, advisors, and internal legal teams
• Assist with filings, corporate maintenance, and strategic development
• Participate in business development and firm initiatives

What You Need

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active member of the California Bar in good standing
• 2+ years of experience in corporate, tax, or transactional law
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Experience in M&A, tax structuring, or business law is a plus
• Bonus if you have a background in finance, accounting, or consulting

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $115,000-$135,000 DOE
• Total Comp Range: $145,000 to $185,000+ with bonuses
