Role Overview
The SVP of Sales will lead the Key Account team and broker network to deliver profitable growth across national and regional retailers. This role will focus on building strong customer partnerships, driving category leadership, and executing joint business plans that align with Little Leaf Farms' strategic priorities. The ideal candidate brings broad retailer experience with existing Produce Industry relationships to the role with deep knowledge of the national scope of grocery retailers, including Kroger, HEB, Aldi, Meijer, and Publix, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
