Job Overview

TechForcePros is seeking a highly skilled Senior Advanced SAP Fieldglass Technical Consultant with at least 8 years of experience. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementing, optimizing, and managing SAP Fieldglass solutions for contingent workforce management and services procurement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Fieldglass modules, integration capabilities, and extensive customization options.

As a Senior Advanced SAP Fieldglass Technical Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to assess their business needs, design tailored solutions, and implement SAP Fieldglass functionalities that enhance workforce and procurement management. This position requires a strong technical background combined with excellent analytical, project management, and client engagement skills. Your expertise will help our clients streamline processes, improve efficiency, and achieve strategic objectives in their contingent workforce and services procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Expertise in SAP Fieldglass and Technical Leadership

• Deep Knowledge of SAP Fieldglass: Utilize your comprehensive understanding of SAP Fieldglass architecture, including its data model, configuration options, and integration capabilities, to design and implement scalable and robust solutions. Expertise in modules such as Contingent Workforce Management (CWM), Services Procurement, and Analytics is essential.
• Customization and Configuration: Lead the customization and configuration of SAP Fieldglass to meet client-specific requirements. Utilize both standard configuration tools and custom development to extend the platform's capabilities and provide tailored solutions that align with client business processes.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure all implementations adhere to industry standards and best practices for security and compliance. Manage user roles, access controls, and security settings within SAP Fieldglass to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with client policies and regulations.

2. Solution Design and Architecture

• Business Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client business processes, pain points, and objectives. Perform gap analysis and requirements gathering to inform solution design and development.
• Technical Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end SAP Fieldglass solutions that align with client business needs, considering scalability, performance, and future growth. Develop technical specifications, data models, and integration architectures to support project goals.
• Implementation and Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP Fieldglass solutions, from initial setup and configuration to deployment and post-implementation support. Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.

3. Integration and Data Management

• Integration Strategy: Develop and implement integration strategies to connect SAP Fieldglass with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, HR, and finance systems. Utilize SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs, and other integration tools to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation.

4. System Optimization and Continuous Improvement

• Innovation and Enhancement: Stay up-to-date with SAP Fieldglass releases, features, and industry trends. Proactively recommend and implement enhancements that leverage new SAP Fieldglass capabilities and align with client business goals.
• Automation and Streamlining: Design and implement automation solutions using SAP Fieldglass' workflow tools and custom scripting to streamline business processes and reduce manual interventions.

5. Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboard Development

• Advanced Reporting and Analytics: Utilize SAP Fieldglass' reporting tools to develop insightful reports and dashboards that provide key metrics and KPIs. Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
• Data Integrity and Quality: Establish data quality standards and implement data validation rules, workflows, and triggers to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Conduct regular data audits and clean-up activities to maintain data integrity.
• Business Intelligence and Insights: Leverage SAP Fieldglass' analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients. Develop custom reports and dashboards to meet specific business requirements and enhance visibility into key performance indicators.

6. Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement

• Project Leadership: Lead SAP Fieldglass implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate project resources, manage project plans, and track progress against milestones.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and technical expert. Provide regular project updates, facilitate workshops and training sessions, and address client concerns and feedback.
• Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

7. Custom Development and System Optimization

• SAP Fieldglass Configuration: Lead the development of custom SAP Fieldglass configurations, including custom fields, validation rules, workflows, and user interfaces, to meet complex business requirements. Ensure configuration quality and adherence to best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• System Optimization and Refactoring: Continuously review and optimize configurations to improve performance and maintainability. Refactor legacy configurations and implement best practices to ensure system quality and reduce technical debt.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP certifications (such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Fieldglass Services and External Workforce, SAP Certified Integration Associate) are highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP Fieldglass Technical Consultant, with a strong focus on contingent workforce management, services procurement, and system integration. Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP Fieldglass solutions, with a deep understanding of its architecture, functionality, and best practices.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Fieldglass configuration, integration, and reporting. Strong technical skills in system configuration, integration, and reporting, with a deep understanding of SAP Fieldglass security features, business processes, and reporting tools.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing complex SAP Fieldglass implementation projects, with a strong focus on stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration.
