Medicaid Policy and OCM Project Manager
12+ Months Contract ( Possible Multi year extension)
Every Quarter 2 weeks on at Guam.

Job Description:

• Lead/Collaborate Policy work for Guam DPHSS Client.
• Experience leading a team of SMEs on Medicaid Policy Work.
• Policy related client deliverable management.
• Manage and direct the Policy staff based on a project work plan.
• Familiarity with regulatory policies (such as Waivers).
• Familiarity with Policy Life Cycle until Implementation.
• Collaborate with MES/I&E PMs/Leads on Policy topics.
• Conversant with MS Project, JIRA and other PMO tools.
• Own and Manage RAID Log for Policy work.
• Practitioner knowledge of change management.
• Report to Dy Portfolio Leader

Qualification:
B.S Degree with 5+ years of experience working on Waivers, SPAs, and other CMS rules.

Certification: ProSci, CCP

Location/ Travel:
Pacific Time Zone preferred
US/Hawaii and/or Overlap with ChST zone
Travel as needed (25-50%)
