Need Technical BA who has worked on FAST tool

3-5 years of proven experience configuring and managing the FAST platform supporting Life and Annuity implementation, enhancement and maintenance on FAST.
Proficient in FAST system configuration and implementation, including XSLT mapping, rules engine, and workflow.

SQL coding test

Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL and PostgreSQL queries for data manipulation, extraction, and reporting.
Experience with TortoiseSVN for version control and managing source code repositories.
Strong proficiency in C# programming, with a solid understanding of object-oriented design and principles.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals, including variables, data types, functions, and control flow.

What You'll Get to Do:

Using techniques from a range of disciplines, including computer programming, insurance product knowledge, and business process design and optimization, you will help implement and enhance the FAST Client to support and bring value to Client insurance clients.
Support and improve our adherence to standards and best practices for FAST configuration.
Develop, configure and maintain the FAST Client to support business requirements and processes.
Customize the FAST Client to meet client specifications, including product setup, rule configuration, and workflow design.
Conduct system testing to ensure configurations are functioning as expected and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes and procedures.
Support the importance of efficient and effective business processes, data integrity and quality, as well as standards and consistency.
Provide clear communications on status, risks, issues, and timelines for implementation.
Lead and participate in design and configuration review sessions to ensure configuration standards and best practices.
Collaborate with solution architects and implement configuration changes to support technical requirements and processing.
Provide solution options and recommendations by thinking through processes, issues, risks, and service goals. You will provide insights into trade-offs between tactical and strategic solution options while recommending solutions.
What you'll bring with You:

3-5 years of proven experience configuring and managing the FAST platform supporting Life and Annuity implementation, enhancement and maintenance on FAST.
Proficient in FAST system configuration and implementation, including XSLT mapping, rules engine, and workflow.
Experience with service and operations processes and functionality as well as business architecture and capabilities.
Ability to collaborate with other teams on solutions, integration, and coordination
In-depth Knowledge of FAST development and deployment
Expertise in FAST and Insurance Ecosystem development and deployment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent/related degree required.
Insurance product knowledge, focused on Life and Annuities is required.
Insurance operations experience with a focus on policy administration and business processes is required.
Experience working with actuaries, technical resources, and back-office service providers.
Expertise with life and annuity business processes, business architecture and operational support
Proficiency with MS Excel is required.
Ability to work both as an individual contributor and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellence in problem solving, understanding the big picture and a focus on details.
Excellent communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences
