Job Summary:

Client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance and extensive hands-on experience across the Policy Domain, including Policy Administration, Billing, Audit, Submission, Quote, Customer Data Platforms, and CRM systems. This strategic role focuses on supporting regulatory changes, digital insurance transformation initiatives, and legacy system retirement across a portfolio of insurance policy products. The ideal candidate will act as a senior liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver high-impact product changes and ensure customer and organizational value.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the strategic development and ongoing enhancement of policy-related products in alignment with the organization's product vision and business goals.
• Define the product vision and roadmap for assigned policy products, prioritizing features that maximize customer and internal user value.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and actionable user stories.
• Create and maintain detailed product change use cases, business requirements documents, and scope definitions to accelerate delivery.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis at the product and change level to align expectations and drive engagement.
• Lead identification of clear problem statements, value propositions, impact analyses, and change requirements for each policy product initiative.
• Support and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through regular status meetings, issue resolution, and execution tracking.
• Collaborate with Change Management teams to ensure smooth implementation of all scheduled product changes.
• Generate and maintain Product Status Reports and readiness assessments to monitor progress, risks, and bandwidth constraints.
• Report on product success metrics, upcoming enhancements, known issues, and release planning.
• Conduct monthly release management checkpoints with business teams to review UAT progress, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including EPMO, CX, Digital Experience, Vendors, IT Development, and QA.
• Identify opportunities for digital innovation and operational efficiency within the policy product domain.
• Mentor and train junior product specialists, contributing to team knowledge and performance.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong focus on Property and Casualty Insurance, especially in the Policy Domain.
• Extensive knowledge of P&C insurance operations, processes, and regulatory environment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through the full product delivery cycle.
• Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and product reporting platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making.
• Familiarity with digital insurance technologies and transformation projects is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with Policy Administration Systems, Billing Systems, Submission & Quoting tools, Customer Data Platforms, and CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and tools.
• Proven experience in product lifecycle management, user story writing, and product backlog grooming.
