Our client, a prominent law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms®, is seeking a highly-motivated Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment team in San Francisco. This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in California.
- 2+ years of substantive experience in civil litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial, and trial preparation experience.
- Background in FEHA, agency complaints, wage & hour, and other employment law issues is highly preferred.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters while collaborating with a team.
- Represent clients in a wide range of complex labor and employment matters.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on wage & hour class litigation and single plaintiff employment litigation.
- Collaborate with a large team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.
- Develop innovative legal solutions for clients and contribute to a rapidly-growing national practice.
